The bus departs from the Dandenong railway station every day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from 9.15am to 5:15pm and runs every half hour (on the quarter hour).

Metlink provides a train service to Dandenong via the Pakenham, Cranbourne & Dandenong lines. The nearest train station to the Centre is Dandenong Station located in Foster Street. This is approximately a 10 minute walk but a free courtesy bus service does run from the Station to the Centre.
