The Reading Reel Club Loyalty Program & Associated Promotions
The following terms and conditions govern your membership with and participation in the Reading Reel Club Loyalty Program (“RRC”).  Please read them completely and carefully.  

1. In consideration of us receiving and accepting your online application to become a member of the RRC, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which form a contract between you and us.  The terms “we”, “us” or "Reading" as used in these terms and conditions refers to Reading Entertainment Australia Pty Ltd ACN 070 893 908 and, except to the extent the context does not permit, its various related bodies corporate.
2. RRC is a free membership movie club which offers points-based rewards and, from time to time, specials, bonuses and privileges.  To become a member, you must (a) be aged 13 years or over; (b) at www.readingcinemas.com.au (“Website”), complete the online RRC application form correctly in full with valid information, and then submit that application to us as directed on the Website; and (c) confirm your application by clicking on the link in the email sent from us in response to your application.  You only become a member of the RRC once we accept your application and you receive an RRC membership card (“Card”).  The acceptance or rejection of an application for RRC membership is entirely at our discretion. 
3. Only those of our employees and their immediate families that are referred to in the relevant Reading staff policy as being eligible for membership, may become members of the RRC, but are not eligible to participate in any of the Competitions referred to in clause 7. 
4. RRC membership and benefits are only available at those Reading Cinemas listed on the Website (“Participating Cinemas”). We may vary the number and location of Participating Cinemas at any time and notice of any change will be effective when sent to you via email (or any other method of notification considered appropriate by us) or posted on the Website.
5. The Card at all times remains our property and must be used by you only for the purposes contemplated by these terms and conditions and in the manner directed by us.
6. For every dollar spent at the ticket box or candy bar of Participating Cinemas on items other than Corporate Cinemoney you will be awarded one point on presentation of your Card at the time of purchase. Points will not be awarded for the purchase of Corporate Cinemoney at any time or for any denomination. For every 50 points accumulated, you will be given a voucher ("Voucher") that entitles you to receive an award as specified on the Voucher.
7. We may also from time to time make available to members special offers, promotions and competitions (collectively, “Competitions”).  Where applicable, Competitions may be entered by you via the member area of the Website which requires you to log in to the Website using your email address and password provided to us as part of your membership application.
8. Each Voucher and Competition will be subject to any individual terms and conditions printed on the Voucher or, in the case of a Competition, specified on the Website.  However, some of our standard terms and conditions to apply to each Voucher and Competition are as follows:
• Awards and prizes must be taken intact as offered and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• If a person otherwise entitled to an award or prize is under the age 18, we reserve the right to instead give the award or prize to that person’s parent or guardian.
• If an award or prize is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute an award or prize of equal or greater value.
• Our decision on all matters relating to a Voucher or Competition will be final and not subject to challenge or review.
• Vouchers may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional offers including, but not limited to, promotional discounted ticket offers.
• Neither we nor our officers, agents, employees and related bodies corporate make any representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered or given as awards or prizes.
9. To the extent of any conflict between clause 8 and individual Voucher or Competition terms and conditions, the latter will prevail.
10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you or any other person for any claim, cost, expense, loss, damage or liability whatsoever suffered or incurred as a result of or in any way connected with the RRC, Vouchers, Competitions or the granting or use of any award or prize.
11. Without limiting clause 10, we will not be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits or anticipated profits, economic loss or loss of business opportunity, irrespective of whether the loss or damage is caused by or relates to breach of contract, statute, tort (including negligence) or otherwise and irrespective of whether you or any other person was previously notified of the possibility of the loss or damage.
12. We may publish names of winners of Competition prizes. 
13. You agree to receive RRC emails regarding session times, movie information and other RRC related information. 
14. Personal information collected by us is maintained in accordance with our privacy policy set out in the “Privacy Section” on the Website.  You agree that any personal information that you provide to us in connection with the RRC, a Voucher or a Competition may be used by us for marketing/promotional purposes. When your Card is swiped, information such as, without limitation, your frequency of visits, number of tickets purchased and films viewed, may be recorded and retained by us as part of your member profile. Personal information will only be disclosed to and retained by us for these purposes.  Contact our Privacy Officer via the “Privacy Section” on the Website, if you would like details of the personal information we may hold about you.
15. We may at any time in our sole discretion, without advance notice, alter or amend these terms and conditions or suspend or terminate the RRC.  Any changes to these terms and conditions will take effect when the Website is updated with the new terms and conditions.  Any suspension or termination of the RRC will take effect on the first to occur of notification to you by email (or any other method of notification considered appropriate by us) or posting on the Website. 
16. We may at any time in our sole discretion terminate your RRC membership with immediate effect by giving notice to you by way of email or any other method of notification considered appropriate by us.
17. On termination of the RRC or your RRC membership or at any other time requested by us, you must immediately destroy or return to any Participating Cinema (as directed by us) the Card issued to you.
